How does the 30-day free trial work?
When you sign up, you instantly get access to our fully-loaded Enterprise plan for 30 days. We will email you when your trial expires. You can then select a plan and pay to continue using the product. If you choose not to continue, your account will be suspended.
Can I get a demo of LeadCRM Application?
Yes, we would be happy to demonstrate LeadCRM through a web-conference at your convenience. The session is typically 30-45 minutes long. To schedule your personal session, please contact sales@leadcrmapp.com
Is my data safe?
We take security seriously. LeadCRM is hosted on secure Amazon Cloud (AWS) servers and uses firewalls and cutting-edge technologies like encryption and authentication to prevent security breaches and make sure your data is 100% secure, all the time. We have real-time data back-up across multiple servers and multiple locations that provide a high level of protection in case data recovery is required.
Can I cancel, upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, you can. LeadCRM is a pay-as-you-go service (monthly or yearly), so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. We do not have cancellation fees.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via all major credit card, debit card, net banking or wallets. We also accept payment via bank transfer or check transfer for yearly subscriptions. For more details, please contact sales@leadcrmapp.com
What if I just paid and decide to upgrade to a higher plan?
No problem. Simply click the "Upgrade" link under the subscription page and follow the steps to switch to a new plan.
Who owns my data?
You do! It's your data after all! We want you to be with LeadCRM because you love using the product, not because your data is stuck in it. You can export all your information from LeadCRM any time you need, in any plan.
