The journey of LeadCRM commenced 5 years back when an insurance broker sought help from ESCS in order to eliminate obstacles that hindered business growth.These obstacles included difficult data retrieval, security breaches, inefficiency, etc. Our team of experts designed a solution that converted manual operations into a fully integrated, real-time cloud-based system. The implementation of the solution involved the transformation of teams’ mindsets. Employees using tedious processes to record data in spreadsheets now had to be familiarised with the new insurance policysoftware and its benefits.

This journey bore fruitful results as was seen in the firm’s performance after they started using the new system.Later, the software was enhanced and LeadCRM was launched to cater to the needs of all insurance intermediaries and is available as a cloud-based CRM software for insurance agents and brokers.Today, we strive toequip insurance intermediaries with the right technology to help them give their best to their clients.
